Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (6 oz.)
Preparation
    Rinse mushrooms, pat dry and remove stems.
    Chop stems and combine sausage, garlic and parsley.
    Cook until browned.
    Drain grease off.
    Stir in chopped stuffed mushrooms.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
