Quick Veggies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 10 slices bacon
    1 can English peas, drained
    2 c. cauliflower, cooked and drained
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    salt, pepper, sugar and thyme to taste
Preparation
    Cook bacon in skillet until crisp.
    Remove bacon, drain and crumble.
    Add onion to 2 tablespoons bacon drippings.
    Cook slowly until light brown.
    Add seasoning, peas and cauliflower.
    Heat through, but do not boil.
    Garnish with bacon.
