Double Chocolate Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips, divided
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    In a small bowl, combine flour, soda and salt.
    In a small saucepan, combine butter, sugar and water and bring just to a boil; remove from heat.
    Add 6 ounces of chocolate chips (1 cup) and vanilla.
    Stir until chocolate chips melt and mixture is smooth.
    Transfer to a large bowl.
    Add eggs, beating after each.
    Blend in flour mixture.
    Stir in 1 cup chocolate chips and nuts.
    Spread in greased 9-inch square pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
    Cool completely.
    Cut into 16 squares.
