Clam Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cans minced clams (6 to 8 oz.)
    2 medium onions
    4 (8 oz.) bottles clam juice
    5 medium potatoes
    1/2 lb. bacon, diced
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. light cream
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp.
    Add onions and potatoes, clams with the juices and clam juice.
    Simmer until potatoes are done. Season with salt and pepper.
    Mix flour with a little water; stir into chowder.
    Add the cream.
    Serve at once.
