Italian Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. zucchini, sliced
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. oleo
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    2 eggs
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese or Muenster cheese or 4 oz. of each
Preparation
    In skillet, cook zucchini and onion in oleo until tender (approximately 10 minutes).
    Stir in parsley and seasonings.
