Chinese Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pork loin roast (boneless) or 2 round strips, remove all fat
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. MSG (optional)
1/2 tsp. meat tenderizer
Preparation

Mix salt, sugar, m.s.g., and tenderizer together.
Place in Tupperware container long enough to let the pork lie straight. Roll the meat in the dry sugar combination to coat.
Cover and store in refrigerator.
The meat will cause the dry sugar to create a syrup.
Turn the meat 2 or 3 times a day for 2 or 3 days to marinate.
