Pinto Beans Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. (600 ml) boiling salted water
    1 c. (240 ml) yellow corn meal
    2 (15 oz.) cans Lucks pinto beans with onions
    1/3 c. chopped pitted ripe olives
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Gradually pour cornmeal into boiling water, stirring constantly until thickened, about 3 minutes.
    Combine pinto beans with onions, olives, garlic salt and Tabasco sauce.
    Pour mixture into a 2-quart oblong baking dish.
    Spread cornmeal on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
