Suisse Mocha Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. instant Suisse Mocha coffee
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1 graham cracker crust
    1 (8 oz.) container thawed Cool Whip topping
Preparation
    Beat cheese until smooth.
    Gradually beat in sugar.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Measure 1/4 cup of the mixture; set remainder aside.
