Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. apple pie spice
    2 c. peeled and coarsely chopped apples
    1 1/4 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Combine sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla in a large mixing bowl; beat about 1 minute at medium speed of electric mixer.
    Combine flour, soda, salt and apple pie spice; gradually add to sugar mixture, beating at low speed of electric mixer until blended. Stir apples and pecans into batter.
    (Resembles cookie dough.) Spoon batter into greased and floured Bundt pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center and comes out clean.
    Cool in pan 15 minutes before removing.
