Stuffed Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large yellow squash
    1 lb. ground beef (turkey)
    1 c. cooked rice
    Lawry's seasoned salt to taste
    garlic (as much as you like)
    1 (15 oz.) can pureed tomatoes
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Core the middle of each of the squash, saving the insides and placing in a bowl.
    Add remaining ingredients, mixing well.
    Stuff each shell full; then make balls if you have extra place in pot. Pour tomato sauce over (and more seasons if desired).
    Cook, covered, 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until done.
    Serves 6.
