Cornbread Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Jiffy cornbread, mixed and baked
    3/4 stick oleo
    3 onions, diced
    1 stalk celery, diced
    1 1/2 lb. sausage
    2 hard-boiled eggs, cut up
    salt and pepper to taste and sage (if desired)
    juice (from turkey giblets to moisten)
Preparation
    Saute oleo, onions and celery.
    Brown sausage and separate with fork.
    Break up cornbread.
    Mix all together.
    Add eggs, cut up.
    Salt and pepper to taste and sage, if desired.
    Add juice from turkey giblets to moisten.
    Put in greased baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
