Ingredients

1 c. plain flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. melted butter
2 egg whites
2/3 to 1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. sliced strawberries
Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff and add sugar gradually.
Add lemon juice and strawberries.
Beat all this at high speed until well mixed and fold in 1 cup Cool Whip.
Sprinkle 2/3 of crumb mixture in Pyrex dish.
Spoon strawberry mixture over crumb mixture and then top with remaining crumbs.
Freeze and then enjoy.
