Baked Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 qt. popped corn
1 c. butter
2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. light or dark corn syrup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Coat large roasting pan with Pam. Place popped corn in pan. In a heavy pan, melt butter.
Add sugar, syrup and salt. Bring to boil, stirring, then let boil for 5 minutes without stirring. Remove from heat; add baking soda and vanilla. Pour over corn; mix well, then bake in 250\u00b0 oven and stir every 15 minutes. Cook for 1 hour.
