Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. flour
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 c. grated raw zucchini
1/2 c. sour milk (add 1 Tbsp. vinegar)
1/4 c. chocolate chips

Preparation

Combine batter, oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla in mixer. Combine in separate bowl the flour and all dry ingredients.
Add dry ingredients, alternating with sour milk.
Fold in zucchini and chocolate chips.
Flour and grease sheet cake pan or tube pan. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
