Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) uncooked pie shell
    4 large eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. dark brown sugar
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. light corn syrup
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. bourbon
    1 Tbsp. unbleached flour
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. pecan halves
    3/4 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Combine eggs, sugar, corn syrup, butter, bourbon, flour, vanilla and chopped pecans.
    Stir well. Sprinkle chocolate chips over pie shell.
    Pour filling over chips and arrange pecan halves on top.
    Bake for 10 minutes at 450\u00b0. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 35 minutes longer or until set. Serve with lightly sweetened whipped cream, if desired.
