Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
    1 (7 oz.) can green chili sauce
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. light cream
    1 c. chicken stock
    salad oil
    15 soft corn tortillas
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Saute onion in oil until tender. Remove from heat and add chicken, chili sauce, sour cream and salt.
