Lloyd'S Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. hamburg or catsup beef
    1 1/4 lb. ground pork
    2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans red kidney beans
    1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    2 large onions, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. cumin
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain off fat.
    Add undrained kidney beans, tomatoes and the remaining ingredients.
    Cover; simmer for 1 hour. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.
