Homemade Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large box vanilla pudding
dash of salt
1 c. sour cream
2 1/2 to 3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. vanilla
3 qt. half and half

Preparation

Mix and pour in electric (or hand crank) ice cream freezer and run until it stops.
Can add 9 bananas, 1 cup chopped nuts or 3 (10-ounce) packages frozen strawberries.
Makes 6 quarts.
