Cheesy Biscuit Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3/4 tsp. chili powder
    1 1/4 c. shortening
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 500\u00b0.
    Melt butter or margarine in 15 x 10-inch jellyroll pan.
    Combine flour, cheese and chili powder. Cut in shortening until resembles coarse meal.
    Stir in milk until moistened.
    Turn dough out on lightly floured surface.
    Roll into 12 x 10-inch rectangle; cut into 1 x 5-inch strips.
    Dip each strip in butter; bake 9 to 10 minutes.
