Roquefort Dressing For The Crowd - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. sour cream
    1 1/2 gal. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. chicken bouillon (instant), in 6 oz. hot water
    4 lemons (juice only)
    4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 tsp. season salt
    2 Tbsp. garlic salt
    3 lb. Roquefort cheese
    1 qt. cream (coffee whitener)
Preparation
    Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, Roquefort, lemon juice and chicken bouillon together.
    Add all spices to the cream mixture, then add to the sour cream mixture.
    Mix as little as possible.
