Karen'S Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cubed pork
    1 onion
    salt and pepper
    1 large can chop suey vegetables
    1 large can bean sprouts
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    3 to 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Brown together the first 3 ingredients; cover with water and simmer for 1 hour.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Heat to a simmer. Make flour and water thickening and add to make a gravy.
