Wisconsin Baked Ziti - cooking recipe

8 oz. ziti
1 chopped onion
2 Tbsp. butter
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. (8 oz.) Ricotta (from 15 oz. carton)
3/4 c. chopped parsley
8 oz. shredded Jarlsberg cheese
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
8 oz. Provolone cheese slices
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Cook ziti in lightly salted, boiling water.
Drain well.
While ziti cooks, saute onion in butter in pan until transparent.
Add tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes.
