Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. chuck steak, cut 1/2-inch thick strips
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 can tomatoes (save juice)
    1 to 2 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 large green peppers
Preparation
    Coat steak strips with mixture of flour, salt and pepper. Brown meat in oil in large skillet.
    Add liquid from tomatoes. Reserve tomatoes. Add water (more as mixture cooks). Add onion and garlic.
