Gingerbread 2 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1 egg
1 c. molasses
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. hot water
Preparation
-
Cream margarine and sugar.
Add beaten egg and molasses.
Sift dry ingredients together and add to mixture.
Add hot water last and beat until smooth.
Batter will be very thin.
Bake in greased shallow pan 35 to 40 minutes at 325\u00b0.
