Sweet Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 chicken (broiler or fryer), halved or pieces
1 bottle Russian dressing
1 small jar apricot preserves
1 pkg. onion soup mix

Preparation

Arrange chicken skin side up in a baking dish.
Blend together the rest of the ingredients and pour over chicken.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Baste occasionally.
If too brown, put foil loosely over top.
