Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. spinach (fresh)
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. onion, finely grated
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    6 slices bacon, fry, drain and crumble
    6 eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
Preparation
    Wash spinach in lukewarm water; drain, then chill.
    Combine oil, sugar, vinegar, onion, salt and mustard.
    Blend until thick and syrupy.
    Tear spinach into bite-size portions and place in a bowl.
    Add bacon and eggs; pour dressing over all and let stand.
