Apple Pineapple Celery Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced apples
    2 c. diced celery
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. walnuts, ground
    saved pineapple juice
Preparation
    Combine apples, pineapple and celery.
    Combine juice, water, sugar and cornstarch.
    Cook until clear.
    Cool and pour over fruit.
    Stir in the walnuts.
    Serve on a lettuce leaf.
    Serves 8 to 10.
