Barbecued Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 lb. beef brisket
    3 oz. liquid smoke
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. onion salt
    pepper to taste
    Worcestershire sauce
    18 oz. barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Place brisket in large baking pan.
    Pour liquid smoke over meat; sprinkle with celery, garlic and onion salts.
    Cover; refrigerate overnight.
    Sprinkle with pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
    Cover; bake at 300\u00b0 for 4 to 5 hours.
    Cut off fat, slice thin and return to drained baking dish.
    Add barbecue sauce; bake for 1 hour.
