Scones - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 egg
    5/6 c. buttermilk
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Cut in 1/2 stick of butter.
    Beat egg and add buttermilk while stirring.
    Add egg mixture into your mixed dry ingredients.
    Roll out dough 1/2 inch thick.
    Cut circles for scones out of dough.
    Bake approximately 7 minutes at 400\u00b0.
