*Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Karo syrup
    1 1/4 c. pecans
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add nuts, syrup, sugar and flavoring.
    Bake in unbaked crust for 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake until set.
    Makes 1 very thick or 2 thin pies.
