Pork Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. vegetable oil
3 pork chops, trimmed of fat and cut into strips
3 c. boiled rice
2 Tbsp. light soy sauce
2 beaten eggs
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
salt and pepper
Preparation

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in wok or large, heavy frying pan. When oil starts to smoke, add pork and stir-fry for 4 to 5 minutes over high heat.
Remove meat and set aside on plate.
