Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. chopped banana
2 eggs
2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. pecans
Preparation

Cream sugar and cream cheese.
Beat in banana and eggs.
Add Bisquick gradually and stir.
Add pecans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
Cover with foil (lightly) at end until done (30 to 45 minutes).
