Sweet Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 large packs cream cheese
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. currants or white raisins
1/2 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. hot water

Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
Mix all ingredients together with gelatin and chill for at least 2 hours.
Great with rye or wheat crackers.
