Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. yellow cornmeal
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 lb. pork sausage
    1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 onion, chopped
    2 or 3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
Preparation
    Cook pork sausage until no pink shows.
    Combine cornmeal, milk, eggs and corn.
    Blend well and set aside.
    Crumble sausage.
    Add shredded cheese, chopped onion and jalapeno peppers.
    Mix well, then add to cornmeal mixture. Pour into a well-oiled 9-inch cast-iron skillet that has been heated.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes.
