Onion Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon
    4 medium onions, sliced thinly
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    1 uncooked pie shell
Preparation
    Cut
    bacon
    into
    small
    pieces
    and
    fry until cooked. Remove from
    pan.
    Add sliced onions to bacon grease and cook until soft.
    Add cooked bacon.
    Sprinkle on flour.
    Mix.
    Beat egg and milk; add egg and milk mixture.
    Stir and cook slightly until
    it thickens.
    Add to pie shell.
    Bake at 400\u00b0for 30 minutes.
