Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. bran flakes
1 1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts (any kind)
Preparation

Stir together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar; set aside. Measure bran flakes and milk into mixing bowl.
Stir to combine. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes or until cereal is softened.
Add egg and oil.
Beat well.
Add dry ingredients to cereal mixture, stirring only until combined.
