Brussels Sprouts In Blue Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen Brussels sprouts
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. crumbled Blue cheese
Preparation
    Cook Brussels sprouts as directed on package.
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Add flour and salt, mixing until smooth.
    Cook over low heat about 1 minute.
    Remove from heat.
    Add 1 cup milk, stirring until well blended.
    Return to heat and stir until mixture begins to thicken.
    Add 1 cup milk; bring to boil and cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
