Farmhouse Roast Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 boneless pork loin (about 4 lb.)
3 large cloves garlic, slivered
4 Tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter (at room temperature)
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 lb. chopped fresh thyme leaves or 1 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
1 c. chicken broth
3/4 c. dry white wine
1 Tbsp. apricot jam or preserves
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0. Cut deep slits in the pork roast with a knife and insert the garlic slivers. Put the pork in a shallow roasting pan and set aside.
