Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head romaine lettuce
    1/2 head iceberg lettuce
    1/2 (3 oz.) can Parmesan cheese
    1/2 box croutons
    6 Tbsp. cooking oil
    3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    2 pinches dry mustard
    1 to 2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 can anchovies
    shake of pepper
Preparation
    You will need a glass jar with lid.
