Val'S Apple Tart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Pillsbury sugar cookie dough roll
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    about 4 apples
    cinnamon
    1 jar caramel ice cream topping
    1 c. peanuts, crushed
Preparation
    Put the cookie dough onto pizza pan and roll out.
    Bake according to directions; cool.
    Mix together the cream cheese, peanut butter, brown sugar and vanilla flavoring and spread on top of cooled cookie crust.
    Slice the apples and put on top of mixture. Sprinkle a little cinnamon on top.
    Pour the ice cream topping over the apples. Sprinkle top with peanuts.
