Six Week Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. Raisin Bran
    5 c. flour
    5 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. raisins (may be added)
    3/4 c. chopped pecans (may be added)
    1 qt. buttermilk
    4 beaten eggs
    1 slight c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Mix Raisin Bran, flour, soda and salt well.
    Raisins and pecans may be added.
    Mix together buttermilk, eggs and vegetable oil and add to dry ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Cover tightly and store in refrigerator.
    Bake as desired.
