Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. onion, diced
    4 c. cooked rice
    3 c. deboned, cooked turkey or chicken
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. diced pimento
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Blend soup and broth. Heat and stir until smooth and hot.
    Add remaining ingredients, except 1/2 cup cheese. Pour into a greased shallow 2-quart casserole. Top with cheese. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
