Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can milk (soup can filled with milk)
1/2 c. chopped celery (optional)
1/2 c. chopped onion (optional)
1 (1/2 oz.) can green chili, chopped
2 c. cooked chicken pieces, boned
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese or American
2 c. crumbled potato chips
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
Preparation

Cook soup, milk, onion, celery and green chilies until vegetables are tender.
Add chicken pieces.
Heat until completely hot, stirring often. Then fold in sour cream.
Pour mixture in casserole dish.
Sprinkle grated cheese and broken potato chips on top.
Heat enough to melt cheese.
Serves 8 to 10.
