Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    3 c. apples, diced
    1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Combine sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla.
    In another bowl mix flour, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Add to sugar mixture.\tFold in apples and nuts.
    Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40-50 minutes.
