Bailey'S Irish Creme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 2/3 c. liquor (Irish whiskey, rum, brandy, bourbon, Scotch or rye)
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 c. (1/2 pt.) whipping or light cream
4 eggs
2 Tbsp. chocolate syrup
2 tsp. instant coffee
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation

In blender, at low speed, blend all ingredients until smooth. Store, tightly covered, in refrigerator up to 1 month.
Stir or shake before serving.
Great over ice or in coffee.
Or make \"Buttery Nipples\" by mixing 1 1/2 parts Baileys with 1/2 part Butterscotch Schnapps.
