Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 egg whites
    1/2 c. lemon yogurt
    1/2 c. applesauce
    2 Tbsp. canola oil
    1 tsp. grated lemon zest
    1 c. drained blueberries
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt.
    Combine egg whites, yogurt, applesauce, oil and zest; add dry ingredients. Fold in blueberries.
    Spoon into muffin cups.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
