Cold Sesame Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. pasta, cooked
2 c. shredded chicken, cooked
3/4 c. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
-
Blend soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, oils, ginger, pepper flakes and pepper for 10 seconds.
Combine sauce with pasta and chicken. Marinate for 2 hours.
Garnish with green onions.
