Shrimp Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    3 oz. horseradish
    1 (5 oz.) can cooked shrimp, chopped fine
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Let set in refrigerator a few hours before serving.
