Cheesy Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. squash
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 small box Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook and drain squash.
    Chop onion and green pepper and saute in butter or margarine.
    Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and cheese to the mixture.
    Simmer until cheese is melted.
    Combine squash and put in greased casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
