Chunky Vegetable Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 (5/8 oz.) pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sour cream
    1 medium chopped onion
Preparation
    Prepare beets for cooking.
    Wash; leave a little top and roots on beets.
    Let boil until tender.
    Wash, cool and clean off tops and roots.
